The Clash Royale TV Royale September 2026 broadcast is a sneak-peek reel rather than a single season reveal: two new cards are on the way, Hero Ice Wizard and Minion Giant (a brand-new flying win condition), alongside a wave of events running through late September and early October. Royale Shuffle spins a wheel to pick your game mode, 2v2 gets a ranked Competitive League this season, Princess Gambit returns as a global tournament, and a Minion Academy album event rewards copies of Minion Giant. Here is everything announced, what is confirmed, and what Supercell has not said yet.
Hero Ice Wizard is the next Hero variant coming to the game. When his ability is activated, his next attack spawns a Sneaky Snowman that freezes enemy troops around it, and they stay frozen until the snowman is destroyed, so ignoring it is not an option. Supercell has not yet announced how the Hero will be unlocked or its exact release date; we will update this section and the pages below when that is confirmed.
Minion Giant is a brand-new card: a 4-elixir flying win condition that heads straight for buildings and cannot be knocked back by any spell. That combination (flying, building-targeting, knockback-immune) is a first for the game, and it will force a different set of answers than any current win condition. Supercell has not stated its rarity or exact release date. Copies of Minion Giant can be earned through the Minion Academy album event below.
Royale Shuffle
Royale Shuffle is a limited-time mode where a wheel decides which game mode you play, and you play it with a pre-made deck: you do not bring your own. The mode runs September 21 to October 5, with a separate Royale Shuffle Challenge in the final week, September 28 to October 5. Event badges were shown in the broadcast; how they are earned has not been confirmed yet.
For this season, 2v2 gets a ranked Competitive League, running for two weeks. Finish in the top 10,000 or complete the trial and you earn exclusive badges. If you are climbing, the live rankings below show what is winning in 2v2 right now.
Princess Gambit
Princess Gambit returns as a global tournament where every player builds from the same limited card pool, running September 21 to 26. Finishing high earns an exclusive emote, with badge upgrades along the way.
The Minion Academy album is the next collection event: collect snippets as you play, fill the album, and unlock rewards along the way, including copies of the new Minion Giant.
